Kids. They draw everywhere. They’d draw on your face if you even get a chance to sleep in long enough for them to do the damage. Now that I think about it, I’m not sure why I’m condoning this kids craft activity at all. Oh well, I apologize upfront for the doodling that might incur on all the frames around your home; know that my intentions were pure.
Grab a few photo frames for this kid-friendly activity. You’ll also need a Sharpie. I only had the Rub-a-Dub Laundry Marker on hand, which is permanent on fabric but rubs off smooth surfaces easily. A whiteboard marker will work. I snapped a couple of photos of the kids, and printed them out onto normal white paper in black and white, making sure I resized the kids’ faces with enough negative space around for them to draw on. Then I just placed the printouts into some frames I purchased at a discount outlet, and let the kids go wild doodling on themselves. No special coating is required on the glass frames: the drawings can be wiped off with a wet tissue.
This would be a really great craft exercise for rival siblings – let them draw pimples and warts onto each other’s pictures for a little frivolous vengeance. Again, my sincerest apologies for whatever arguments that might ensue, but hey, the pictures will be a good laugh and memory made!
